Infinite Museum provides online versions of historical board games, including the Royal Game of Ur, with AI opponents, multiplayer features, and educational content. Some features require purchase of the Museum Pass or artifact packs.
3. User Accounts
When you create a player profile:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information
- You may not share or transfer your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
- Use bots or automation to gain unfair advantages
- Manipulate leaderboards or game statistics
5. Purchases and Refunds
Museum Pass and Digital Products:
- All purchases are processed through Stripe
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Refunds for digital products are available within 14 days if the product has not been substantially used
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Infinite Museum, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, sounds, and text, is owned by us or our licensors. Historical game rules are in the public domain, but our specific implementations and presentations are protected.
7. User Content
If you submit content (such as display names or challenge messages), you grant us a license to use that content in connection with our services. You remain responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or rights of others.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Historical content is provided for educational purposes and may include reconstructions or interpretations.
9. Limitation of Liability
