2. Description of Service
Infinite Museum provides online versions of historical board games with AI opponents, multiplayer features, and educational content.
Some features require purchase of the Museum Pass or artifact packs.
3. User Accounts
When you create a player profile:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information
- You may not share or transfer your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the service
- Use bots or automation to gain unfair advantages
- Manipulate leaderboards or game statistics
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed through Stripe and prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for digital products are available within 14 days if the product has not been substantially used.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Infinite Museum, including game designs, graphics, sounds, and text, is owned by us or our licensors.
Historical rules may be public domain, but our implementations and presentation are protected.
7. User Content
If you submit content such as display names or challenge messages, you grant us a license to use that content in connection with our services.
You remain responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Museum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
You may delete your account by contacting us.
